1General Definitions

• The Platform: (Sports Academy), the technical service provider and management system developer.
• The Client (Academy): The sports entity or institution that subscribes to the platform to manage its athletic, financial, and administrative operations.
• End-User: The parent, trainee, or player who uses the designated interface to register, track progress, and pay the academy.

2Scope of Service

The platform is strictly an "administrative software tool" designed to help academies organize their operations. The platform is not responsible for physical sports activities, field training, or the quality of services provided inside the academy. The platform's sole responsibility is limited to technical maintenance and fixing system software glitches.

3Academy Accounts & Technical Responsibilities

• The Academy's management bears full legal responsibility for the accuracy of all data entered into the system (e.g., coach details, schedules, subscription prices, and discounts).
• The Academy commits to maintaining strict confidentiality of login credentials for its administrators and coaches, and is solely responsible for any unauthorized sharing or data leaks.

4Financial Policy & Payments

• Payment Gateways: The platform disclaims any liability for technical failures, transaction delays, or errors caused by third-party electronic payment and banking service providers.
• Taxes: All payments are subject to local tax regulations. Each academy is responsible for specifying whether its displayed prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) and issuing legal invoices accordingly.

5Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Academy Subscription: Once the monthly/annual subscription fee is paid and the academy account is activated, the amount is strictly non-refundable.
• End-User Refunds (Parents/Players): Refund handling and subscription cancellations are entirely the responsibility of the Academy, governed by its internal policies. The platform will not intervene in any financial disputes or compensation claims between the academy and its clients.

6Data Protection & Privacy

The platform is committed to data security. Access to trainee data, player profiles, and financial reports is strictly restricted to the respective academy. No academy has the right to access another entity's data.

7Legal Disclaimer

• Sports Injuries: The platform acts solely as a technical intermediary and bears no civil or criminal liability for physical injuries, accidents, or health damages incurred by players or coaches during field practices.
• Service Interruptions: The platform is exempt from liability for temporary system downtime due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or disruptions caused by force majeure and events beyond control.
